He never said that I was a 'positive', or never said anything after attempting the test on either foot about anything being amiss. Interesting!

Ask him next time, Laura :)

Since my very first neuro appointment my babinski refles has been abnormal on both feet.

Mine is "equivocal". Just like me to not even be normal for abnormal.

Positive Babinski indicates damage to the nerve pathways connecting the brain and spine --- those nerve pathways are damaged by MS regardless of visible lesion location.

Are you saying that a positive babinski means that I have spinal lesions that just have not shown up on an MRI yet?

No.

Babinskis Reflex can indicate damage to the Central Nervous System (Brain, spine, optic nerve). MS is a disease of the Central Nervous System (CNS).

what does it mean if you have no reaction on the bottom of your feet-in other words dont feel anything and so there is no reaction at all.

My big toe only goes up and other toes fan out when they "try" to get me to walk on my tippy toes.

What does all this mean?

Also, on my right thigh, they can stick pins all over my thigh but I dont feel a thing there either...???

Like I didnt feel anything during the bladder exam either.

What's anyone's take on all this, please?
