Default In the face

I get a dull ache in the entire jaw area (ear to ear) and it drives me nuts! It can be relentless! Other times I get shooting pains in the back teeth area but nothing is wrong with the teeth. I ran to dentists for the longest time thinking I had TMJ or some sort of hidden tooth infection.

One of my first altered sensations was a feeling like the inside of my mouth was burned and a numbish feeling over my top lip.
