Lady, I sure hope your silence is because you can't access a computer, cuz, I'm starting to worry. Please holler at us as soon as you can.:hug::hug:

@Sally. Weather may be a big part of it. Lady was scheduled to have the procedure and then stay up in Albany for follow up care.

Driving home in this cold weather in the east may be the factor. She is at a real quality facility with an excellent doctor so don't worry!:)

I am excited for you, Lady!

Should we be worried yet?

I'm trying to think of all the positive reasons, she wouldn't be checking in.

We love you, Lady.:hug::hug:

Perhaps Lady's on a vacation celebrating the results?

Hello,
Thank you for caring, sorry to worry you all.:) I had an unusual case. Always me..darn.

I am almost okay, now. I'm feeling better each day. I had to have two CCSVI Angioplasties in a week. I have very small veins. Left Jugular was blocked, completely, many balloonings did not work, so the Dr. had to put a stent in, but my body's blood, clotted the stent in two days, also had tissue flap. No flow again.

Azygous chest vein was so very tiny in size, so ballooned in three places. Rt Jugular ballooned, but was not blocked much. When laying down draining was zero, only small collaterals were working the body.

So, two days later Ultra Sound showed no flow in clotted stent, so that was why I had to have Angioplasty again. Clots were to be removed, but did not work, so 2 more stents were put in to hold the vein open, I now have flow, TG.

I am on 1 daily Lovenox injection and 1 Coumadin oral tablet daily (anti-coagulants and blood thinners). Blood checked weekly by PCP now.

A very hard two procedures for my IR MD, and me, but it had to be done before I went home. I am tired, weak and sore (groin and neck), but worth it. Good flow is as necessary as air.

He said, just worry about healing, don't look for improvements. I had noticed some improvements in hotel, but not counting yet. Two procedures in 3 days is hard on the body. One would have been nice, but was not to be. Still exhausted.

I have 30 years of junk to clean up so it will take time. Had allergies to dye, bandage glue ate my sensitive skin, and some meds allergic to, and some problems did arise. I had to stay overnight in the hospital.

Dr Siskin in Albany is great and he has a wonderful team he works with, very caring and knowledgeable people. If I had to do it again I would, I just pray I don't have to.

Now home, sleep in good, resting a lot so I will not try dancing yet. Ha ha. It is really only a few days since second procedure, so veins need to heal. I will get back on the net when recovered more.

Typing is not allowed yet. Any questions will be answered later if you don't mind.
Please send healing prayers and good thoughts my way.
Thank you all.:)

Love ya all..:grouphug:
Copy and pasted this over three days.
