...and Dahn Yoga for Multiple Sclerosis.
Has anyone heard of or tried this? If you have, can you share your experience with us? Does it really work?

TY for this. I am going to look further into it. I am so out of shape, and and thats sad. I used to be a gynmast. now I stumble on stairs. I need something gentle and restorative.
