Just wondering if anyone here knows how long you can have an infection, like a UTI, and not know it?
Antibiotics finally started to kick in a little bit last night (finally!!!) and some of the really sick feeling has let up. (took a little numbness with it too...) Still dont feel great, but feeling better than I have in months. (like since last spring when I started this string of flares) Is it possible to have a UTI and be somewhat asymptomatic for nearly a year? There were several times this year that I felt like I might have a UTI and I went to the doctor and they said I didnt have one. It's just a bit weird that I really didnt feel any UTI symptoms till have they diagnosed the infection and I took the first antibiotic. At least the infection feels a little better today and it seems like it made some of the numbness in my back a little better. I'm trying to enjoy the pain in my back that I havent been able to feel since last summer. I've felt the stiffness and tiredness/weakness from whatever has been wrong with my back, but the pain hadnt been a problem since summertime. Never been so happy to feel pain. Feels better than numbness.
