Exclamation

Thanks everyone! I couldn't change my PCP appt. so I go on Monday.

Since I dropped down to my usual dose of gaba - 300 mg in the a.m. and 600 mg in p.m. I have started to feel so much better. I've continued drinking the Ensure and making sure I am getting all the nutrients I need as well as extra B vitamins. This has been helping quite a bit as well.

Desinie - I've been on this dose for 5 years and original started on 300 mg in the a.m. and 300 mg in the p.m. in 2003. Like you, I have never had a problem with gaba. So, I'm kind of at a loss on what to do other than the things I have been trying. It never hurts to pay closer attention to your diet.
