I tried using Amanatine for awhile. I tried using it once a day and then twice a day...never made a difference in the fatigue department but I would shake pretty bad.

Default Jury is still out

I have been using amantadine since June. I tried Nuvigil at first but I lost 5 pounds in a week and my insomnia had gotten worse. I only take once a day, 100 mg. I won't be running any marathons but I do make it through most work days. I am going to the neuro tomorrow and see if he can up it to 2x a day or try provigil.

You probably need to try a few meds before you find the right one for you. I don't think any med is gonna make you feel like yourself before MS But something you can cope with.

I took it for a while. It made me jittery, gave me nightmares, and finally made me break out in splotches. Dr. decided I was allergic to it.

But, other than that, how was it?
