Default Depression

Does anyone here go from happy to unbelievable sadness in the same hour.I am really wondering why I can't control this.Or is this another symptom that I'm just wearing myself out fighting.I noticed that it started with new burning pain all over on the back of my arms and legs.I haven't had that pain ever that hot or in such big patches. The pain has lessened but this new happy/ sad symptom taken it's place.
