Default Symptoms coming back

Hi,
I haven't been 'in' here for over a year.
I don't have MS, but have similar Sx's that were at their worst peak about 18months ago, that lasted for just over a year all up.
I saw an MS specialist, and had 2 clear MRI's & a clear VER.

The sx's subsided, along with the major stresses in my life.

However, I do notice that they come back mildly when I'm very tired and stressed.

I was told by a natural therapist it was Adrenal Fatigue/Chronic fatigue, but nothing really proven, but the sx's seem to fit in with this dx as well.

In my ongoing quest for answers, I am also looking into food intolerances. I suffer from IBS sx's and have booked in for hydrogen breath testing next month.

So, why am I here?
This week was more stressful than usual, and I have an upper respiratory virus (again). So i'm tired, and run down.
My sx of heavy left leg and arm returned for about 2 days along with numb right lower arm (when in bed). I haven't had the numb arm sx for AGES. Also, my right eye was a little sore when I moved it, and a litle blurry. But these eye sx only lasted about half a day. (Along with the virus I've had sinusitis.)
My leg and arm feels ok today, but there's been some weird tingling patches on my left side face that i have't had for ages as well.

After all my rambling, I guess I'm a little tiny bit concerned because this time my eye was involved. but could it be the sinusitis too?

I know none of you are Dr's, but I guess in the back of my mind I still worry about MS, and lesions perhaps not showing up 2 years ago?
My aunt has MS, and my sister has similar sx's and has brain lesions, but nothing has been diagnosed. (I don't think the leions are in 'typical ' MS locations, so the Dr's don't know what she has).

Any opinions would be appreciated.
Thanks.

Hi Freesia, welcome back, nice to hear from you.

My short DX is that it's MS and my 2nd DX is that you worry too much. If it's MS, stressing out about it is only going to exacerbate your symptoms.

Also, an illness and/or infection will trigger old symptoms and may even cause new ones.

Take a deep breath, get over your illnesses and stop worrying. No hurry in getting a DX, as long as they've ruled out the bad stuff. The meds for MS are not that darn reliable anyway and some could do harm.

Feel better soon..

P.S. Get some LDN..
