Default going to my neuro today.

Talked to my nurse about some issues that seem pretty minor... mostly the sleep thing. She consulted neuro who decided I must come in TODAY! since I am going in...
anyone waiting to see their neuro who has questions I can ask while I am there let me know. Leaving in about an hour.

really want to know about this sleep thing. I too cant seem to drop off. its like I finally get to rest in bed and I start to feel better so I dont want to go to sleep. I MUST sleep and yet its such hard work to get there, and stay there. Would love to hear his solutions.

Also is there a vaccine for bad sisters?

I hope you feel better.

Ambien cr zanaflex nerve conduction test for my hand tremors. Increase neurontin and voltaren and I am told to go get an xray on my swollen ankle that I sprained almost 2 months ago.

Surprisingly no mri order this time

This made me choke on my coffee! That is so funny and totally made me laugh. I am fortunate to have great sisters so I don't need a vaccine for them. But, there are lots of others that I would like a vaccine for.

Legz - Glad things went fairly well for you. I have hand tremors too and they aren't always fun. Although, putting on mascara can be quite entertaining. You never know what you're going to get. AND, I have quite a prankster for a daughter who thinks it's funny to watch me put my make up on in the car and then she taps the breaks. Oh, wait . . .Is there a vaccine for a prankster daughter?

Anyhow, I do hope you start feeling better soon. Let us know how things go and how the meds are working out for you.

legs, that's a lot of meds and testing. A sleep study? Can you do that? I don't think I could sleep with wires hooked up, cameras on me, and people watching through a glass window at me. I think that's how they still do it.

Or is it different? Good luck. I hope you find out why you don't sleep well.
