Default anyone else frustrated with Gilenya support

I have tried to get answers to questions that i would like answered before starting the drug. Simple questions such as does the bloodwork need to be done 30 days before starting the med or 30 days before being approved. Nurse at drs office says before start so wont apply till 3 weeks before targget date in may. From my readings it doesnt seem many people got approved so fast. There were a few other questions. All they tell me is ask your dr.

I am my drs first patient she is going to try to find out from rep.

Please share your experiences hope they have been good.
Thanks
