It’s important to remember “correlation is not causation.”

I Love milk, although some people don't consider skim as 'real milk' (DH). I grew up on skim and for a treat my mom would get 2% to use on our cereal. I still get a 1/2 gallon of it every so often but typically I stick to skim. I read something about milk and ms too and I have cut down, but like Dej, I will never fully give it up unless there is concrete proof...but then again, probably not!

When I was six weeks old my parents needed to travel to move with work. The MD had a complete breakdown and demanded that my mom NOT feed me cows milk as I could quickly get an allergy. She said being on the road, travel from RI to FL was horrible enough without having to find sterilizers for formula (guess I wasnt breast fed, huh?) so she would just put cows milk in my bottle and promised the MD that if anything odd happened they would find an ER. ME? I sucked it all up! LOVE LOVE LOVE my milk.

Ice cream, cheese, butter, anything dairy makes me happy
