Eddie, I've started taking Methyl B12 every day - first thing in the morning before I eat or drink anything. 5,000 mcg. Large dose but I need it. I felt a little better yesterday. Today, I got up at my usual time and have not felt the need for a nap. Not sure if it's the B-12 or not but Ima gonna keep taking it!

SO glad you tried it! I've taken 500mcg b12 every morning & b100 every afternoon for 3? yrs now. I hooked a friend going for masters last yr as well. I never tried more then 2 (1000mcg). I know body builders inject shoulder with it. I've tried the dropper (18,000? i.u's) but had less impact the just popping tiny 500mcg pill. I'd be lost without it. Look at my photos.

edit - and they're last yrs. i need to take new ones. i'm slightly stronger (where MS didn't steal my muscle contracting nerves) and it's only May.
I've done about 350 pool laps, 120 miles in chair for 2011 & counting. goal's 1000 laps, 200 miles.
