Welcome to our community. I'm not on that medication but many here are...or were, so I'm sure that they'll chime in with some information.

Sorry to learn that you aren't getting better compensation; and perhaps better medical attention as well. That truly makes everything more challenging.
Do you have an MS neurologist?
