Disappointed - I wasn't able to watch this - it got up to 34% loaded and couldn't continue.

I couldn't get it to load, either. In any event, I find that fatigue will strike at just about any time it pleases. I can have a really good day......sx are tolerable........then the next day the fatigue will hit and it's a "reading on the couch" kind of day. It has no rhyme or reason. When it hits I just give into it and rest. And I'm so thankful that I can do that. I admire those who have children to tend to or jobs to go to.

I always thought the cause of MS Fatigue was the demyelination process. That's what Neuro told me.

Since I've been on LDN, I no longer have bouts of dibilitating fatigue....just the normal fatigue from over exertion.

I watched most of the video and found the points right on the mark. Their five causes of MS Fatigue...1. demyelination- 2. Depression - 3. Pain- 4. Sleep deprivation and 5. Medication side effects.

Thanks Dej

in a nutshell it says that fatigue can be from the demylinization of the nerves in the brain, and it takes longer for the signal to get from point A to point B. This can result in metal fatigue, physical fatigue or lost signals altogether. Thats it in a nutshell.

ta da!

They forgot to mention vascular problems.

My fatigue improved dramatically after CCSVI treatment.

My fatigue is manageable with Nuvigil (but still a pain in the butt). I can work a full day but do little after work and on my days off like I used to do. My house is always unorganized and a mess. I was always a spotless housekeeper before.

Copaxone has been best for me to keep the MS under control and minimize other symptoms so with that and the Nuvigil and supplements I do ok. I still need a lot of sleep though.
