Default New Supplements

I have been taking 5mg Methyl cobalamin B12 and 5000iu D3 for over a week now. When do you start to notice an improvement/or do you?

I know I need the D3, because I get no sun, but I just want to make sure I'm taking enough and that it's working. I don't think I'm B12 deficient? but taking, just in case.

Any hints or instructions?
