Default Prednisone Taper advice?

I am on a ten-day, oral Prednisone taper for the first time for some runaway MS symptoms. I’d love to hear from people who have had the same treatment. What was your experience with it? So far after two days I am experiencing less pain and perhaps a tad less weakness. The Prednisone also seems to upset my stomach a bit, but I’m dealing with it.

Thanks in advance for any advice.
