Why not trying pentoxifylline or anti cloating drugs like heparin ?

Sorry, I don't quite get what you are asking. I have thormbocytopenia (low platelets), so Heparin would be a disaster for me.

I think he's trying to tell us to keep our blood thin and running free. That way we won't have to have our restricted veins upened???
That may work, if our only problem was a minor plaque clog, but if veins are pinched and/or closed, that wouldn't help and could even harm us.
