Back when I was first having symptoms and no diagnosis, I was going in all directions, and decided to try out the ever popular "it's only stress" theory. I took a few days off all by myself, stayed in a nice (not ritzy but clean, comfortable, and friendly) hotel, treated myself to leisurely days, a little shopping, reading, writing. Yes, a vacation! I was so relaxed, totally chilled.

About the third day we had a September mini-heat wave. I was in a shopping mall and realized I was staggering, bumping into things, dragging myself around like an old lady. A drunk old lady. A relaxed, de-stressed, drunk old lady. I got to thinking maybe it wasn't just stress.

I turn into a different person when I get above my temperature max,and not in a good way.

Sounds like a lotta work, Sal. For the same price I can get on Amaxon and order a really big air conditioner. :D

I have CA/C but, Antarctica is still looking better and better.:p We are under a heat warning all week with mid 90s temps and high humidity.

I don't go out much anyway, you say, but I sure do hate the fact that I can't..

Stay as cool as you can and don't go out in this, unless you must...(like going to an a/c shelter/hotel.:grouphug:
