he came back to the house, and said his wife really loves it and he has X dollars in cash, but his wife is pushing him to get a loan for the rest, but he doesnt want a loan, so could we drop our price? (a big chunk) I said no, sorry, I cant go that low, but I can be reasonable and meet you in the middle. I drop X you come up X and we should have a deal. He went home to talk to his wife. Of course this means that in order to pay off the loan for the thing we now have to pull money out of the cruise account...so, yet another dream stolen! UGH!

I also promised to let the DH handle the sale, but he stinks at negotiating, and I had to step in. I am not about to give it away simply because this guy doesnt want to meet me half way. So, I gave him my firm and final offer, and if he doesnt want to meet me half way, it can continue to sit in the driveway.

UGH! why is this so hard???? its just a camper! its not really my dream, is it? I have to make a new dream so that I am not crushed under the weight of this one. its just so hard to talk about giving up my baby! The thing is I had a winnebago that I drove everywhere! LOVED IT! but when we retired the DH said "I want to go with you, but I hate your machine, lets buy a new one and start fresh!" and we traded something I could drive for something that had to be towed, and so on, so from the start it got messed up.

Thanks MS I needed yet another thing to be taken. How did ya know?
