You sound like me...any updates since then?? I'm having the LP tomorrow, even though the extreme weakness has mitigated and now I'm just in my "new normal" of regular muscle fatigue.

hey and thanx for the comments everyone, to update i went to stanford got the somasensory? test and the evoked potential which came out clear...its weird because after doing physical therapy the tingling has basically completely subsided in my legs but i now have really achy dull pain in my legs and hips...its weird to say but it feels like my bones hurt not my muscles. Its been about 5 months since my last mri so im assuming a lot could have changed since then..they already ordered an mri of my middle and lower back but im thinking that i might as well ask them to do the brain and cervical again while their at it. I havnt had an lp but my neuro says after the mri's their going to do one. The docs at stanford said i have high arches in my feet which could mean something neurological and little ability to lift my feet when i try to walk on my ankles, although i dont have problems walking or trippng. Thats pretty much the update and thanks for asking :)

I was dx'ed Primary progressive. Nothing ever remitted so my weakness just continues to ummm, progress. Exercise is nice but it still did not change anything. i just get weaker, number. And new sx's crop their ugly head up in my body.
