I played the Wii a bunch last night. Almost beat my boyfriend's score in the bowling game. (just 8 points below his high score)

My right arm is sore today from all the bowling. But it was fun, and I didnt have to leave the house. The antibiotics I'm on, or maybe the fact that I couldnt breathe thru my nose all weekend is making my sense of smell seem a bit weird today. Everything smells icky. Went to get breakfast with my parents and couldnt eat because something in the restaurant smelled icky.

Not sure I want to risk going to the gym with weird smells in my nose. Afraid that the natural stench of the gym might be too much for me. So, I'm probably doing laundry tonight and playing the Wii for exercise.

I think I barely beat the rain this morning on my 30 minute walk. I had my umbrella with me though, but kept thinking "If it starts to rain I'm arriving home soaked". It's pretty windy out, and an umbrella just doesn't work when it's windy.

If it's raining this evening a lot (as they say it will be), walk will be postponed to another night this week.

Walked in the rain today. no relief in sight. my poor garden is floating, my mailbox has its own mote and loads of yards are sliding into the street at this point.

LAbor day is over! This means mass exodus from the street will start. Hooray! i can walk without being attacked by dogs off leash, or given the creepy stare downs by campers that have wandered thru the woods and think that my back yard is a paradise for their morning stroll thru my garden. We always feel a bit safer after the holiday because folks we dont know, from town, and states we dont know will no longer be picking thru our trash or vegetables thinking themselves entitled.

I hope everyone else is wiggling today.

Walked last night, missed the rain again (yay!) and had a VERY cold walk this morning (3 layers and I could see my breath!).

Going to do my walk tonight + daily toning. Pain's been bad in my face/head this week (I had a firm apple slice - literally, my gum behind my tooth. Just what a burning mouth sufferer needs!), I find the cool, fresh air really helps to reduce the pain intensity and calm me.

Hope everyone's doing well today Katia appears to be narrowly missing us in coming days in the Maritimes. That's good news!

I walked 4.5km last evening. Doing my "Winter Walk" now, it's a path that's on a bus route and heavily traveled/cleared (hospital zone). Best walked in the fall/winter/early spring when the nights get dark quicker too.

I managed to avoid the rain yesterday morning and last night on my walk, however this morning was light rain. Went out and did my 30 min walk anyways, with umbrella. At least it wasn't windy!

No walk tonight after dinner, except 2 blocks to the corner store for more bread (tangent - the loaves are going up in price, and they're smaller - anger!) and my nightly toning while cooking dinner.

First NFL game of the season's on tonight too! (for you sports fans!). Should be a great game!

Im in a flare, but managed to get out in the down pouring rain and walked anyway. Its cooling off fast out there, which makes me much less blind when I walk, so this is good! Im so full of baclofen its amazing that I can find my way.

I have errands to get done. I hope everyone is wiggling something today.

Sorry to be absent, im really flaring and feel badly.

I have been walking 2 or 3 miles each day. With the approaching fall I have been trying on all those old clothes that no longer fit, and have been making donation piles. Salvation Army wont accept winter stuff til Oct 1.

On days when I run a fever, I have stayed home. I am way too wobbly, and way too blind to be out there trying to drag myself home. DH had a fit and said NO! GO BACK TO BED! He even got me a new video game to keep me laying down and occupied. What a man!
