Cant stop crying the last two days, so out I went on my walk sniffling and looking like DH and I were fighting. UGH! too bad no one can really hear or see us. We will just have to become part of the rumor mill. Did my 2 miles and home I came.

Will get the house to myself today, but everyone here is sick with bad colds (thanks housekeeper girl with the snotty toddler) and we are all struggling to breathe and just stay sane. Not feeling well adds tons of stress and strain to me and I am easily cracked open lately, so its going to be a day of rest for me. No church. Dont want to be boo hooeing in church.

Get out there, wiggle something in public people!

Went to the gym yesterday. Was feeling really sore and stiff, and the treadmill walking seems to help.

I'm glad that I can walk nearly normal on a treadmill. Last night I actually sped the machine up a little bit to a speed I hadnt done before, and walked for 23 minutes and did .52 of a mile! I dont think that I'd done a half mile in that kind of time before.

My dad was impressed.

Woke up this morning and everything is stiff and sore. I really hate that, when I go to stand up and I have to slowly straighten out to get the muscles moving so I can walk around my room. Dont think it's from the walking. I'm always like that.

Walked 3 miles today. Muscles burning, calfs aching, head throbbing. I really didnt want to get out there, but I did it. The scale has been stuck and isnt moving. I think I need to get creative to make it move again. I want to drop the last 10 pounds, so...I have to be sneaky if I want to shift this last 10.

Get out there and wiggle something in public.

Worked out on a new elliptical machine for 25 minutes, then 20 minutes of stretching...

Did 50 minutes of spinning last night. Blew up at about minute 25...so the last half was no fun at all. It was race day though, so I had to go hard...

Been walking a lot since hubby was visiting (daily). He returned home this morning very early. I miss him horribly already, but I'll get to see him again late in January. :)

Went out today and walked quite a bit, will walk again after having dinner tonight. We both over-indulged while on vacation, so time to walk off the extra pounds. :p

Sorry to hear you had a tough time Dej  I hope you're doing much better.

Did my 4.5 km walk last night after dinner. Did my toning while cooking. Had not done the toning exercises in 2 weeks and my muscles made sure I knew it!

Walked my 30 minutes this morning. Getting really chilly out in the mornings now. Was wearing my winter hat and sunglasses.... I'm not winning any fashion awards. ;)

I was planning on walking after dinner tonight, however they're calling for rain so I'll see how bad it is out there come evening. Will do my regular nightly toning again tonight while cooking... that I can do rain or shine. :)

Worked on a stationary bike for 30 minutes, then 20 min. of stretching and core work. Afterwards, took the pup for a 20 min walk.
It's great to be able to work out again without feeling like I'm going to collapse or pass out!!:D
