Thanks Dej, I just have to always pace self, I work on my feet 36-40 hours a week... and then the painful neck back spasm tight stuff... so if I do too much outside work I have hard time. Gotta get moving though more, and see how body and stuff reacts... few years ago I was walking 3-4 miles a day on top of working, now I struggle with what I can do or not.

Today sun is bright, about to bake cookies for a benefit for someone in town here... young boy with brain injurys that would be a Senior this year. Baking for bake sale that is today with spagetti dinner thing.

So sunny though, making sure I get out and walk today... Dej you are right once you doing it, it feels good especially true for the mind also... get frustrated with this body but going to get a daily dose of moving other than work again!! Thanks

Painful wiggles today, and not a whole lot of them. Spent a good amount of time cooking soup and a pie today. Probably should have rested. My Trigeminal Neuralgia is flared up to high heavens - probably due to the 8 prednisone I took this A.M. (I have dreadful, dreadful side effects on oral steroids - the IV SM doesn't give such horrendous side effects).

I feel icky too, bloated like heck. My legs were feeling 'stiff' after walking around earlier and it wasn't until getting home after being out earlier that I saw how swollen my legs were around the bands of my socks.

(any tips to avoid the bloating with the steroids? or is this just something that'll pass after the medication's gone? I don't like that my legs feel stiff and are swelling up. Ankle socks and lounge pants for the next while me thinks).

@laura  take a rest, feel better, and get up and wiggle.

I did a slow wiggle today. I guess I have been down and out longer than I realized. I made one mile and had alot of quit in me, so I came home. Tea is a wonderful treat!

Get out there and wiggle something in public my beauties!

On Saturday took the pup for a walk to the nearby landing at the lake...saw a baby deer carcass on the way:(

Today I took the pup for a nice walk, walked briskly. It felt so good both days...no leg pain while walking...aahhh!!:D

Thanks Dej! :) there's a light at the end of the 'tunnel' for the eye I think, though the longer I look at text, light etc the more it begins to flare up again.

Wiggled a bit today, beautiful day out! I mostly spent the day after lunchtime cleaning up my apartment top to bottom. Today was 4 prednisone, still awful headache/side effects, but a bit more 'tolerable'. Tomorrow back to 8 again, so it'll be wretched. I'll still get out and wiggle though - stores will be open after the long weekend, must go check out the sales!

Speaking of tea... I am steeping a Chocolately Chaļ tea right now. :)

Spent the last two days shopping with my DD. :) We did so much walking it isn't funny. My knee is hurting but at least I got exercise.

I did get out for a big walk yesterday, today worked then had PT, then walked the little ones to a head start family get together... that was not far away tough walking wise. Tomorrow might get up early enough before work meetings I have, to do yoga.... hugss all keep those bodies moving and as you say wiggling hehe

Im so happy to see more and more out there wiggling in public.

I have not wiggled yet. Skipped my walk in favor of errand day! I have to grocery shop, clothing shop, coffee shop, and take DH to the D sporting goods store to trade in his 5th pair of boots. He just cant get happy, and then off to the video game store, so its alot of wiggling in public for me today, so no morning walk.

Still sniffly, but I feel tons better. I can breathe again, and I am alert and not dragging. Wow, that was a nasty string of BS.

So, get out there and wiggle something in public my minions.

FaGhEtTaBoUdIt!!! Wiggling it in public is against the law and in my case, extremely indescent..:D:p

Wiggling in private, however, has it's benefits and if you fall on your "stars", noone sees you except for the 911 hunks..:yahoo:

Wiggled up the hill to get a couple grocery items (chicken stuffed with apples? Yes, that sounds like a good dinner to me!). Got myself some Mulled Apple tea as well. It's so delicious and I need to stay away from coffee/tea (this is caffeine free/herbal) for a bit I think.

Good amount of wiggling, though I did take the bus home because of the sun (I'd have been walking facing it - didn't want that with my eye the way it is still).

8 prednisone today - no gut-crunching headache/migraine/trigeminal neuralgia attacks yet, but I know they'll return if I stay sitting for too long. So best I keep on my feet and moving. Not a bad thing! :)

This chicken should be fun to make I think... never done a thing like this before, but I'm confident it'll work somehow! :p Plus it'll be fun and healthy!
