Plavix has a lot of drug interactions and I agree definitely speak to your psychiatrist regarding this as well as other antidepressant options.
FWIW plavix is metabolized by CYP450 2C19 and a fair number of Asians are poor metabolizers which could result in a build up of the medication to toxic levels. https://naturalmolecular.com/documen...aSheet_001.pdf
