I am just so tired of the see me back in 3 months bull. Like yeah in 3 months everything is gonna be fine. It just seems like everyone is dragging their feet.

Your B12 is not normal. Cut off in US now is 400. (old lab ranges are still reported, with lows as normal, when they are not.)

MSers and Fibro patients have been tested and found to have low B12 in the spinal fluid. This indicates something is not moving from the body serum into the CSF properly. Raising the B12 may help with some issues.

You can take an oral supplement of active B12 methylcobalamin 5mg a day on an empty stomach and raise your levels considerably. Pennies a day.

all offer this now.

However, most local stores don't carry this superior type for supplementation yet.
