It makes me want to get back on my organic eating plan. It just got so expensive that I've slowly started eating more processed foods. Not exclusively but I do eat some things I wouldn't have before. And I can tell the difference.

I love kale and cabbage, most fruits and seafood. After watching this it's sparked my desire to try and get back into the habit of eating better.

I cooked some kale this morning and have a beautiful head of cabbage in the fridge. It's going to make the house smell but I'm going to cook it!

Thanks for the video and for reminding me that what I eat really does matter.

I loved it. My DD with MS has recently started to follow this diet. I'll let you know if she sticks with it and if it helps her MS.

It sounds to good to be true....But, I hope not!!!

I may see if it's feasible for me to try?

Thanks for posting this.

Thumbs up

Thank you for the video.

We have a thread on PN about Mitochondria. I'll be copying this link over there too!

As an interesting side note, the viral video that went around facebook "Two Lesbians raised a child" (or something along those lines) was her son.
