Coconut Oil
 
I just read that adding 2 tablespoons of organic extra virgin coconut oil to your daily diet helps with brain fog and enhances mental clarity. I'm going to try it. I have a jar of Coconut Oil in my pantry. Hope I can remember to take it! :o
