Kitty, is there a public pool you can use? Swimming is terrific for MS cuz you are weightless and your core doesn't heat up while you exercise.

I loved reading everyone's posts and it's good to inspire us.

I still swim a mile every day since 2004. It took a couple of months to work up to a mile.

Today I surfed. The waves were big, choppy and closed out badly, so I only caught three good rides. The rest were wipeouts, one was pretty bad and I swallowed a gallon of ocean. The M S. Muscle cramps made a guest appearance as well.after two hours, I threw in the towel. Next Saturday should be gentler waves.

Keep on moving! Treat fatigue as a hallucination and get up and move! You can do it!!

Swam every day a mile this week as usual. Tomorrow I will surf. The waves will be gentler. Might rain but wetsuit gives lots of warmth. Hopefully no muscle cramps this tome

What've you guys been doing? Walking? Lifting weight? Machines? Rolling side to side? Running? Rowing?

Went spinning Monday night, but skipped Thursday night because I restarted rebif Wednesday after being oddity for 2 weeks. I felt like crap all day Thursday. Going out tomorrow to ride either 45 or 55 miles. Depends on how cold I am by mile 22 whether I go long or not.

Hi TX..., nice to see you!

Just so you all know, I go Surfing and Spinning every day, sans a board or a bike!

I havent been on a walk in days. I have been busy with appointments, Jack the cat, Frank the husband, and so forth. I think I will get out of here for a bit today. Perhaps a mile walk will do me good.

WHOOO! what started out as a walk up the street, turned into a marathon walk round the whole neighborhood. 3 miles! im frozen and tired! im off to lay down!
