Good to hear you are shakin and wigglin something Sally! Sorry I am not around much...they blocked NT at work. It is like they actually expect me to get something done or something. We did ride 54 miles last weekend in 50F weather with a 15-20 mph north wind. It was every bit as brutal as it sounds. Our ride for tomorrow got rained out, so we will probably ride on Sunday instead. Going to aim for around 35 miles to take it easier. Went to spin two nights this week...worked really hard both nights, but my heart rate monitor crapped out, so all I know is that I averaged 176 watts for 65 minutes on Tuesday and 155 watts for 55 minutes on Thursday.

I am baaaack!

I am in a bad attack but will be damned if MS will rob me of my weekend surfing. My posse watches after me in case I suddenly cramp up.

I try to swim every day in the pool (used to do a mile daily) but am skipping days and cutting back from the mile due to dangerous cramping. Hoping the flare settles down so I can swim without muscle cramping.

MS Sucks.
