Question Was this a Copaxone reaction?

The other day I injected C into my hip...I think I hit a vein, because it bled like the dickens.
About 2 minutes later, I got a weird feeling creeping up both arms from my hands. I started feeling weird, so I laid down. I got the same feeling across my back from arm to arm, and my heart started racing. I did some calming breaths, tried to relax, and everything calmed down within a few minutes.

I've been on C for over 3 years and never had a reaction before...any ideas?
