Kelly - I'm not so sure I would remember to listen to the recording once I recorded it. :D I just have to keep saying something over and over in my head until I do whatever it is I am trying to remember. Also, I do keep paper and pen handy so I can write it down. That's the easiest for me. Once I do whatever it is I thought of, I can cross it off the list. It does really help.
