Default Mri tomorrow !!

Here I go again, MRI of Head and Spine tomorrow

Past 6 months symptoms getting worse. Pain, walking, eye sight, and
everything else that goes with MS UGH!!!!

I am allergic to the contrast dye, so I have to take Benadryl before the
test and I have the worse case of claustrophbia so I take aniexty pill. By the
time I am ready for the test I can fall asleep.

I just realized that it is after 12 midnight so the test is today. I couldn't sleep so that is why I am on pc.

I am just a little nervous about finding out if more lesions appear. I do take LDN everyday. Well I had better try and get some sleep. Have to get up
around 7AM. Wish me well.

Jappy

Hi Jappy

I hope that this all goes OK for you and that you find that the MRI is bearable. Good luck!

Regards

Lyn

Praying for you, Jappy! I am MEGA-claustrophobic. I start hyperventillating just thinking about being in the tube. I have an "open" MRI, but they say it isn't as accurate.

I hope everything goes well for you, Jappy. You'd think that with all the advances being made in modern medicine they could figure out how to get an MRI without putting us in a cocoon. Let us know how things go for you.

Good luck today, Jappy! Let us know how you do. I think most of us can relate to how you were feeling last night/in the wee hours of this morning. I don't like MRIs at all. I am claustrophobic and always take something to sedate me before hand.

Jappy, I'll be right beside you in the tube tomorrow..

I learned the hard way that everyday PT is important. I can't believe how weak I got from sitting on butt without moving said butt. I thought exercise was useless, but I was wrong.

Now I am able to stand up from the low couch, just bracing myself with the coffee table (no grab bar), stand straight and take steps and pivot to my scooter. Soooooo much easier after regular daily PT.

Prayers and love,
