Yes I'm still in my chair..I'm able to use the walls to walk around but I'm only able to walk a couple of feet.. it is absolutely physically draining.. but I don't have a lot of room in my house..

Tomorrow will be my first "official" outing with my chair.
I'm going to a Live studio taping of Canada AM along with 30 other fanclub members of Johnny Reid... So I probably will be in front row..eek!! Johnny will be interviewed and he will sing about 4 songs.. he doesn't know i have MS yet as I haven't told him..

I'm a little nervous about the chair though but I know I will be surrounded by all my friends and I get to see Johnny *blushing* lol...

So I will dress in my finest sequined tank and look pretty for the cameras..lol
Really excited about this.. but it's bittersweet.

Here is a pic from the taping of the tv show with Johnny Reid.

At the end of the show he had said that he would love to stay for pics but he was only able to do group photos we were all okay with that we understood..new cd release ..tv interviews etc.

He had spotted me earlier and did a quick wave.. we at the end we went up fro group photos he says to me "what happened, what did you do?"

I motioned for him to lean over and I told him that it was MS he was very shocked.. you have to remember I walked 34 kms with this man and now I'm in a wheelchair.. we spoke for a couple of minutes then he grabs my wheelchair and says "come on Darlin' (in his scottish brogue) lets get a picture together.

That's a great pic for a great memory! He sounds like a nice guy + he's a good singer. So glad you got to attend and get your photo taken with him!

Isn't it funny how the brogue doesn't manifest itself when he sings?

That is awesome!! How sweet...and you look great-I don't mean that like people who hear you have MS say...I mean, knowing full well how you feel physically...that you look pretty and sassy!

I'm sorry you have to use a WC...and wish you were 100%...

Honestly it made me feel so much better to just get out of the house and visit with my friends and he was just so thoughtful.. he didn't have to do what he did.. he is so humble and remember our conversation we had on the cancer walk and even asked me about it.. he is one in a million..gave me a squeeze and a kiss on the cheek..made my day..;)

When I got home I couldn't wait to take off my boots.. my feet/legs were cramping so much i wanted to scream...I've come to realize I can't wear anything on my feet...
