Oh, CafePharma! That place can be quite a visit!
This thread you found is pretty tame... but some are really awful and show the dark side of sales dramatically. Anyone can post there, but if you try, be prepared to be attacked. I've gone there a few times, and probably have only had a couple of normal responses.  But sometimes you can find some interesting factoids, about mergers, sales of patents, etc. there.
