Post How long

is too long to receive EEG results? how many days should it take a doctor to read the results? my family is driving me nuts for the results & they are making me more stressed about what might be wrong. the EEG was on this past monday (3-26-12) and by wednesday...everyone was worried about NOT hearing anything. well, except me; well, I am, but...geez, really just in a holding pattern or so used to not hearing anything; one way or the other.

thanks again!

I don't have any definite info, but it seems to me that if there was bad news, you would have heard by now. Maybe Monday would be a good time to call and check being it will be a week. Tell your family to "chill out", as my son used to tell me. Stress isn't good for anybody!

Keep us posted..............

Ask your family to chill out (with a smile), as you are trying to keep your stress level down.

I always figure no news is good news. If there was anything urgent you'd have heard from them immediately.
