Does anybody know how much circumin I should take to treat an MS attack. Also what is better, the pills, or the powder form? Also I was wondering what Peperine is, and what are the benefits of taking it with circumin?

I'm sorry that I can't answer your question, but I did find a British site that expounds the benefits of Curcumin for MS, as well as other auto-immune diseases.

The British report that I read said that we usually get curcumin at low levels, for long periods of time, through dietary consumption but if we wish to use higher doses then extreme caution is needed.

A precise understanding of effective dose, safe regiment, and mechanism of action is required for the use of curcumin in the treatment of human autoimmune diseases.

Also, mrsD gave me information about Curcumin in regards to the precancerous colonic polyps that I continue to get. http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/post435032-3.html

Improved solubility is required for successful use of curcumin.

This one is good:
http://www.epic4health.com/cuul500mgena.html

one or two of these a day.

Or the Longvida one...which is very very good, but more expensive.
http://www.longvida.com/index.php
http://www.amazon.com/Curcumin-Longv...4169333&sr=8-1

The studies one reads about curcumin used one of the enhanced products.
