Be careful with the shoulders. I have a frozen shoulder and its horrible. I went to physical therapy and had a shot of cortisone. I'm still working on it and it doesn't resolve itself for about a year and half even with therapy and stuff. Shoulder problems are a huge pain. P.S. I'm from W. Philly but we moved on up to S. Jersey.

WOW I am with pain management for all my degenerated disc in my lower back and neck. and I was already on a pain regiment of norotin and morphine before the MS came up. So they did shots in it I think and it help with the pain a little and the dr said I can get it as much as I want.

But that long?? man it hurts.

Oh I have a lot of family in south jersey. lawnside and maple shade and sicklerville. I am near the airport on lindbergh blvd.

Where is this knot of fluid on your shoulder - above or near the collarbone/shoulder area??

If so you should read about TOS, this is a common thing with it.
Always possible to have more than one condition going on.

Sounds in ear?
possibly a swooshing heat beat sound? bruit - also possible with TOS
TOS info thread-
