when I was in my 20's, I enjoyed a health spa in Palm Springs. There was an exercise studio and then all sorts of treatments.

It was an all women facility. There were pools of bubbling water, some with good smelling stuff (eucalyptus) and one called a Swedish Cold bath, a VERY small pool where one was to walk down into it and then walk out.

The cold water was to be rejuvenating after sitting in a hot pool.

So I walked down, water was so cold it was a struggle to climb out! Never forgot that experience and never want to repeat it.

So, Sally, fill your tub with ice cubes and lower that cute lil ole lady body of yours into it and try to get out.

Bet you will forget about any itches!
