Excellent! Keep on going Dejibo. Really rooting for you. Just a couple of more days and then a change in your program...on to phase II.

With love, Erika

last day on phase one

Week 5 day 1

I slept well, and even dreamed. not those twisted dreams that you get with tizanaine, or bacolfen, but real dreams. speaking of which I have not had to take any baclofen in 3 weeks! thats amazing! So, lets see where this journey has taken us. I started out saying Please fix my tummy. Please fix my eyes, and help calm my MS. I know she cant make it go away, but I am hoping that it will go back into hiding. Has this happened?

1. my tummy is MUCH better! I am pooping everyday and not struggling or digging or taking a multitude of laxative aids to get there. The bloat is better (not quite gone) I am no longer hungry. I was starving! I would eat and then 20 min later I was hungry again. Clearly my intestine was not absorbing my food. I eat a small plate now and say "im good' I dont want to keep shoveling it in. So, on that mark, its a yes! it has helped.

2. my eyes. I am seeing more clearly. I have dramatically less headaches. I played a video game for the last week and I wasnt able to do that before. It would cause mind blowing visual migraines followed by real migraines and then I would have no choice but to wrap on dark glasses and listen to books on tape or listen to TV. I was no longer able to read, or enjoy directions on packages. With glasses now or the magnifying aids the blind folks left I can read the direction on a box or see the prescription # to call in a refill, or even read some of a magazine article. I have had the occasional migraine (visual and real) but when you roll back to 10 to 20 per day vs occasionally. thats a HUGE change.

3. My MS. I am much less heat intolerant. I can walk in the full day sun and not become so blind and confused that I cant find my way home. I am dramatically more energy. I have no longer drag my left foot. the buzz has all but left the foot. Lets talk hug. EVERY time I laid flat in my bed i was hugged to the point where I had to get up. I got a pillow inflater to lift the head of the mattress. it kept me from resting and I had to keep taking baclofen or tizanadine. while it does happen now and again its dramatically better. the last three days I was able to lay down and play a video game.

Lets talk pelvic floor. I used to do this forced or involuntary kegal and whoa! it was irritating. I couldn't help but clench and I didn't want to! I almost always felt like I had a bladder spasm and the MD told me I was on my way to interstitial cystitis and that my bladder had become inflamed, upset and spasm-my.it was with me when I walked, sat, laid...now I have almost forgot that I had that.

Cognitive issues. I am a lot less overwhelmed by stress or over stimulated by things. The grocery store used to wear me to a nub. the colors, the lights, the shine, the noise, the smells and so on. I noticed the last few times I went I was able to get in and get out. I didnt need to carry my list and I didnt need to stop in the middle and hide for a minute to reboot and get the courage and energy to get the rest. When it came time to go home, haul it in and put it away, I no longer run for the door. I grab a few bags and we put it away together.

That is one that that has changed. I used to start a job. any job. Cooking, ironing, sweeping, mopping, laundry what ever I would get it started, because dizzy, off balance, swaying, or confused and DH would show up and take the pan, the broom, shoo me away and tell me to go lay down and rest for a bit. Now I find I am done with the job before he can get to me. I have cooked some very fine meals again. (thank you! cause he is an out of the box cook) and was able to clean out the lint traps on the machines as well as do laundry. not just the undies shirts, and sheets, but the bath mats, the throw rugs, the cat blankets and all those other things that get missed if I dont jump in to do them.

So, do I feel this portion of the program has made a difference. YES! Was it worth the money? YES! to give me back some of my life...priceless.

Tomorrow is a day that she will put me on the machine and try to reverse some damage from chemo, mercury, vaccines, and so on by changing the frequency at which they resonate, and that makes the molecules they are attached to drop them and allow them to be swept out. My body already has the antibodies, it doesnt need to hang onto the original bubble of drug that was given to it keeping it in a protective bubble to keep me safe. The minute Jack the cat was rid of his vaccine for coleche virus he almost jumped off the table. by the way Jack the cat is now on NO meds at all, and doing great.

My statement stands the same. If this woman can do HALF for me what Jacks vet did for him. its worth the money. Tomorrow will cost me about half what the original visit cost.

Im ready! I wont write till much later in the afternoon. probably for a few days I will be tired, wiped out, feel quite sleepy, and perhaps not feel great (jack did the same) and about 3 days in he woke saying RAWR! lets see if its the same for me.

We made it! Phase one comes to a close. Thank you for allowing me to share my journey.

Dejibo, just so you know, a lot of people do not feel worn out after biofeedback; and from personal experience most actually feel immediately better than they did before having it.

May you be in the latter group.
Wishing you all the best.

With love, Erika

its a sort of biofeedback, but its also a manipulation of energy thru magnetic channels...I cant really explain it well, but I did see my cat wiped out for days after. Wether he was taking the time to refill his empty cup of just exhausted by the relief I dont know.

Tomorrow is the day! I also ran out of 3 more pills today. wahoo!

Today is the day!

I had an overstimulation event last night. my computer had a virus, my new pressure cooker arrived and I was trying to get dinner on the table, a neighbor stopped by, a man who owes me money was calling, and my DH was talking LOUDLY on the phone while I was trying to hear a news story. AAAAHHHHHH! I flipped over the edge. I sent the company home, I accepted money from the man who owed it, I left my computer to rest, dinner was finally cooking itself, and then I went in my bedroom, took an ativan, closed the door and said "please leave me for a half hour" Husband was worried but I told him by the time the bell rang on the pressure cooker I would be better. and I was. Its funny. I used to do that everyday! now its rare. I dont miss that.

Packed the car with fresh water, snacks, things to shield us from the heat, and my suppliments are packed up. I ran out of two more bottles today. its so weird to see this tiny handful of meds that need to be swallowed instead of this pile.

Im dressed cool, im comfy, I slept well and im ready for my close up Mr. Demile. Will let you know when I can.
