when I first started this, the woman told me I have a thyroid issue, but they wont find it on TSH, it would be either the Free T3 or the Free T4. I had bloods pulled before I started suppliments. I got a call today that my Free T 4 is off. They wanted me to come back in and have it redrawn. So, a poking we went. Im such a tough stick and its horrible to be poked over and over. The bloods are off to the lab, and I warned them im on suppliments.

woke feeling like I am in detox. im achy, im sluggish, im sore and im dragging. I am not awake yet. Will happily take my pills and start my day. of course I have days like this pills or no pills so I dont know if its her pills or my disease.

only had 2 visual migraines yesterday. that is a miracle. had to take something over the counter to make my bowels move, so I still have tummy work to do.

I use rubbing into my skin, too. Specifically for aspirin, which I take to thin blood. I can't put it in my stomach without severe pain (even in small doses). I powder it and put it in heavy cream and rub it into any part of my body. One full size uncoated pill lasts 4 days.
I also use ginger tea and Vitamin E to thin blood. That's not for MS but it might help it if Swank was right that MS blood tends to "slow down" and stick together. Every disease I have has this need, so aspirin it is, even if I rub into skin.

Day 5 of 90.

I had only ONE visual migraine yesterday. I did feel awful most of the day and was achy, sweaty and tummy upset. Today after laying down all day yesterday I feel some better. The heat that is coming wont help tho. Have to go grocery shopping for some better food. I allowed DH to step in and be helpful while I have been down, and little by little the house is filing with stuff and things we dont need to have here. Time for some veggies, fruit, and stuff like that. I love that man, but fish sticks is not nutrition.

I have pooped normally for 2 days in a row now. (that hasnt happened in years) and while I have not lost an ounce, my appetite is changing. I am not craving carbs, or even diary as much for that matter. Havent been able to walk due to the weather or just feeling bad. I need to get back out there.

Stopped taking one of the suppliments cause every time I did it really upset my stomach. I knew which one it was cause i kept burping the taste of what it smells like. it really made my tummy unhappy. Since I stopped it helped greatly. I was told it was a "detox helper" and was meant to help escort the bad guys out the door instead of allowing them freedom while they flushed. We came to the agreement that it was ok to just stop that one. She said my detox would be sweatier and so forth, but I was tough and could take it.

Dejibo, this all sounds really positive. So glad that your headaches are decreasing. What a relief that must be.
May everything continue to improve!

With love, Erika

Day 6 of 90.

I feel hung over this morning. I am peeing like a race horse as this stuff detoxes. I am logy and tired. I feel like I ran a marathon and yet didnt leave the couch. Spoke to her on the phone yesterday as a check up and she said its perfectly normal, esp since I dont want to take the stuff that helps the detox. She reminded me that this is temporary and will pass. After that we hope that my own system will stand up and start acting properly. For now im so toxic that I have crippled my lymph and adrenals from being able to do their job. Once the old chemo, copaxone, and other such stuff is gone I WILL feel better.

as a new push I started juicing two of my meals a day. I always feel better when I do that and it will drown my system in micro nutrients.

Its hot, and I dont do hot well, so between the heat and the meds im spent. im going to watch movies and laze about today.

Got to sleep in today. husband is away fishing. Day 6 of 90 is off to a hot start.

One of my suppliments a liquid (pregnenolone) has clumped up, and turned gooey. was I supposed to refrig it? the instructions didnt say so. I didnt use that one today. Will call tomorrow and find out. bottle says store in a cool dry place.

I am using the potty (number 2) like a normal girl these last 3 or 4 days. AMAZING! I almost forgot what that felt like to sit and just go. I normally have to sit and struggle or pardon me for being gross but dig out what wont move.

I had rolling visual migraines yesterday and have had 3 before noon today. I have been pushing myself to do more visually as I always do when a visual window opens. I think I need to be more kind about resting my eyes. Pushing the optic nerve isnt going to help me.

night sweats are half of what they were, and I noticed that I am peeing a lot! not dribbles or a little bit as was my custom, I mean a full bladder. So, either my kidneys are really flushing stuff out or the signal that triggered my trigger happy bladder is calming and allowing it to fill before freaking out. The bladder spasms are really much calmer than they were.

off we go for another day.
*edit* called the practitioner and she said that drug IS a gooey drug. I must not have shaken it well enough. it doesnt need to be refrigerated, but kept cool. Shake HARD squeeze what is in dropper back into bottle and shake again. HARD. so...that answers that.

Hello Dejibo,

Thanks for the update. Things do sound like they are coming around for you. How wonderful!

With thick or semi-liquid medications, it sometimes helps to wash/strilize a small stone or marble and then put that in the bottle. Then when you shake the stuff up, the added object helps to get the precipitate of the bottom and sides; then it helps to mix them into the liquid. Exactly why they put a metal ball into spray paint.

With love, Erika

Week one gone! 11 to go!

Day one Week two.

I slept more deeply the last two nights than I have slept in years and all without my normal amount of meds. normally I need to throw a 2nd ativan at it or a baclofen. I have noticed that when I lay down the hug isnt as severe. it used to really crush on me when I would lay flat.

Spoke to two more folks who use this woman as their first line of defense. They too paid $800 each when they first started going, but now they see her once every six months for a quick check up. He is on only 3 pills a day. Vitamin, and D3 and thyroid support. She only takes the multivit. She spent $740 when she started going. She has a stable life now where as she had fibromyalgia before hand. She said she has tons more energy now and feels like she is 20. she just turned 50 too.

im quite tired today, but I hope that changes as I wake more. I slept really deeply. I love those nights.

I really hope this works for you, Dej, as I know you've struggled for a long time.

I wish the cost wasn't so prohibitive to so many of us. It's interesting that one person is only on 3 supplements/medications now (D3, multi-vitamin, and thyroid pill). That is pretty much what I take with the exception I do take a HBP pill, too.

Keep on keepin' on and keep us up to date!
