Default Anyone from NY(upstate?

It is stupid humid up here I mean exxtra stupid and awful humid beyond belief.

I probably drank 3 gallons of water to keep up with the day and my activities.

Terrible and I don't think I'll be able to sleep tonight...My legs hurt and all I have is a box xfan to cool me with.

I gotta get AC

im not in NY, but NH and WHooo! we got some nasty storms that ripped thru the state and it was immediate that I said OMG my back is really killing me! DH said we have a bad storm coming, how do you do that!?!

The storm only made it hot and humid. you can drink the air. This is strange weather for our very chilly state. We are not used to this. Many homes dont have AC because we only have like 2 hot weeks a year and no one wanted that investment. Now they are dropping like flies.

Heat kills! stay safe.

I live in the southern tier and it is hot! We keep every curtain in the house closed to keep out the heat. We close the windows and run fans in every room. So far the house has been liveable. We got a little rain last night but not enough to make a difference. I can't wait for autumn.

Yesterday my DD wanted to go to Sea Breeze and I was dreading spending the day out in the humidity and heat but thankfully it was a bit cool out with a nice breeze. I even wore a light jacket while I sat in the park.

Tomorrow it will be hot and humid again and I'm dreading it. We have a family gathering to go to that I know will be outside. I keep saying when is fall getting here??

We haven't had nearly enough rain and my flowers are dead and my grass is nice and crunchy.
