Default Magnesium...which one do you take??

So much info out there on this supplement so I was wondering if anyone takes this? I've read that magnesium oxide is not the one to take. I did read about magnesium malate and that it may help fibro patients.
I'm already taking vit D and B12...also just added krill oil. The only thing on store shelves is magnesium oxide. Thanks for your help! I know that there is an ongoing thread on magnesium...I've read it and am a bit confused.

I think if you check magnesium on the peripheral neuropathy thread you'll find that Mrs. D (the resident 'supplement guru') advises a different kind of magnesium since the oxide variety isn't used well by the body. On her recommendation I take magnesium malate -- seems to work. But do search the stickies in the PN thread for more information. Best to everyone!
