Default MS books?

I've been reading online a LOT, but I'm still thirsty for knowledge. Got any good MS book suggestions? I have no fear of difficult material as long as its a good book. Is the Jelinek book good? I've been thinking about grabbing that one.

Thanks! Looks like a great suggestion from the reviews on that book. I'm adding it to my list of going-to-get books.

Its not all in your head by Patricia Farrell, phd. Its about MS and the anxiety, depression and mood swings that go along with it. Gives you tips on how to deal with it and also has a section for family and caregivers. You can get it free from MS Active Source. They offer the book for free along with an exercise video specifically for any stage MSer and a yoga video specifically for any stage MSer. All for free.

This was the first book I read after being diagnosed and I loved it. I was a bit put off by the silly title but the feeling I was left with is that despite all we don't know about MS there are brave physicians/scientists who have made their life's work trying to find some answers to this miserable disease.

It sort of put in perspective just how tricky MS is.

The MS Diet Book by Roy L. Swank M.D. and Barbara Brewer. Explains Dr. Swank's theory of how MS arises. Explains how he thinks it can be controlled through diet. I believe it's his second book, after this one, which describes the blood transfusion treatments used in Portland Oregon, which held promise but were discontinued after he retired. I think the second book was The MS Cook Book.
