Default Freshmanitis part 2

Ok, I knew I couldn't resist. I sent a fax in this morning. Now I just don't feel like doing anything, including driving 45 minutes this afternoon to do my stroke mentoring group. What a weenie.

It's nice of you to look up to us Seniors, Mr. Freshman, but I hope you don't have to add MS to your impressive list of Illness, which, IMO, would be the least of your worries.

Stay well and visit us anytime. And welcome to the weinie club.

Thanks for the response. Actually I'm 57 and have gone through law school. (so?) But I haven't lost the freshmanitis of my undergrad studies. In one of my microbiology classes as we studied different diseases I swear at one time or another one of us thought they had what we were studying. (plague, whatever)

If you read my first freshmanitis note you see how I self diagnose. It's not that I am fishing for an LP. But this scares the he!! out of me. I played division 1 basketball in college, right now I am a nationally ranked (7th) wheelchair fencer. I do walk, but if I try to fence on my feet I just fall right over. That's no fun. I did break down and sent a fax to my neurologist to see if he wanted to see me earlier.

Thanks for responding

Confused

Where in SW Ohio are you? I was born in Dayton and in my work career spent a lot of time at GE Aero Engines. (When I worked for an aerospace company here in San Diego.)
