Ack! Burning feet doesn't sound pleasant Dej. I hope the feet are feeling better now and you're not in a flare.

Hope your weather's cooling down a bit as well. If you're like I am, the cooler temperatures help my symptoms calm down dramatically, however the transition period from summer to autumn can be quite brutal flip flopping back and forth from heat to cold.

I gots an Idea. You know how Noxema burns when you first put it on and then cools. I used it years ago on nasty sunburns. It seemed to work to cool the burning. Worth a try? it stinks though..

Don't use it for BMS though..

Just had to jump in here saying Hi as I am new and searching around.
Got a rush seeing "MEATLOAF" on here. Haven't heard their name for a good while.
Those were the Good days. Hope this finds you having an easy day too.
God bless and keep us strong. Peace & LUV, Andrea

Saw Meatloaf in concert 2 times back in the day. Have a good one.

I have lived with RSD for the last 21 yrs. Have a cousin with MS 32 yrs.
FYI.

Tiger Balm (the white one) might also do the trick as it contains menthol and camphor; both of which impart a powerful cooling sensation. It outstinks Noxema though .

With love, Erika
