Default New to this site!

Greetings all.
I am unpotable.
I posted an intro on the main forum page but figure this is probably a more appropriate place to introduce myself.
I am a 38 year old man, married with an 8 month old.
I am a teacher in Rhode Island, but live in Massachusetts.
I was Dx'ed with MS in 1995.
I began participating in forums only recently and was dismayed that the group I joined went defunct so quickly after my joining.
I was happy to have found a place to explore the changes, consequences, conditions, and to read/share with people *enjoying* the same wild ride.
Hopefully I have found the right place.
I am looking forward to hearing from you all.

Hello Unpotable,

I think we both belonged to the same forum you mentioned. I had recently rejoined that forum and was sorry to see it close. This is a very nice forum with many nice members.

Welcome 'unpot'! Sorry you have to be here, but it is a friendly, informative place under the circumstances. You sound like you must be doing well so far since you're still working -- and dealing with a little one! I was diagnosed in 1990 and am now spms and use a powerchair all the time. Such is life!

Hope to hear more from you........Judy

Welcome to Neurotalk, Unpotable. I like your nick name...does it mean that you can't drink anymore, or that you're undrinkable?

Was that PT that closed...weird thing huh. Oh well, consider this as your new Home away from home.

Looking forward to getting to know you.
