Default I can't concentrate today, am dizzy

I was really tired yesterday. Took at nap at 1 PM and woke up at 10:30 AM today. Now I can't concentrate at all. Real dizzy, I have tried to eat a couple of small meals since I didn't eat at all yesterday. Yes, I'm bad, I don't eat breakfast and went to bed before lunch. So I guess the last time i ate was Friday night when I had popcorn. I need a bath but I don't trust myself taking a shower. Then I know I wouldn't be able to dry my hair. I guess I am just a mess today.

Awww I sorry..Feel better soon.

You should have a shower seat for dizzy days.. I also have some of that no rinse soap suds, they had in the hospital, just wash and dry..

I'm a nut, can't stand myself if even a bit dirty or stinky.
