Default Another relapse

Im having another relapse . Im having all my normal signals. Severe dizziness, more unstability in my walking, low back pain (pretty severe), HUG, heavy legs, UGH!!! My dd was crying last night telling me she thinks Im getting worse and not better. She's terrified I'll never get better and just continue to progress. How do I comfort her, when Im terrified of the same thing?
