Default Bathroom issues, MS or stomach flu?

Okay guys, I'm kind of worried today. Sorry if this is too much information, but I need advise.

I have always been constipated, for as long as I can remember. Can't usually go more than once every three days. When I get a stomach flu, I usually get one bout of diarrhea with a severe case, when other people would be in the bathroom every 30 minutes.

Now for the last two days, I will feel I have to urinate and run for the bathroom to find its diarrhea. I always run for the bathroom when I feel I have to urinate because of urgency, so I'm not to worried that way. I'm just worried because it's coming through to my brain that I have to urinate and it's actually diarrhea.

Has anyone ever had or heard of anything like this?

I always feel like I have to #1 before I #2
I think it's the pressure of having to #2?

As delicately put as I could manage.

Since it's different from what you've experienced before, I'd run it by the doctor if it lasts more than a couple of days. If it's "just" a stomach bug, it should be all over by then. Behind you, so to speak.

Do you have a history of UTIs?

The reason I'm asking is because that cumbersome feeling that you need to urinate can sometimes be a sign of a urinary tract infection--and with MS and autoimmune problems, we really seem to be prone to these!

Your doctor can do a simple urine test; I know that I get these from time to time and I usually feel like I have to go constantly!

Good luck, and feel better!

I have had them occasionally, but when I get them my first symptom is pain, and it is horrible. I end up hospitalized within 48 hours if I don't get to a doctor right away.

The diarrhea has gone away, but I don't know if the sensation has. It's not a frequent urge to urinate that was getting to me. It was that I would have an urge to urinate only and end up needing to have a bowel movement without realizing it.
